Please check your item upon arrival. If anything is damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo. We’ll make things right, either through a replacement or a refund, depending on the issue.

We include care instructions with each item. For decor pieces, gentle dusting and avoiding moisture is typically best. For textiles, check the tag for cleaning instructions. Still unsure? Email us to info@brickbybricklondon.co.uk and we’ll advise based on the specific product.

Below you’ll find the estimated delivery times for all shipments:

• Order cut-off time: 5:00pm (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day, which may delay delivery by one business day.
• Processing time: 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via one of our trusted delivery partners.
• Shipping time: 4–6 working days (Monday to Friday).
• Total delivery time: 5–8 working days in total.

All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.

Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your parcel every step of the way until it arrives.

If you made a mistake or moved recently, email us at info@brickbybricklondon.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update your address. If it has already shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

At Brick by Brick London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a simple and hassle-free returns process.

• Return period: We are pleased to offer UK returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Product condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

2. Receive return instructions: You will receive a return authorisation and step-by-step instructions by email.
3. Package the item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
4. Print the return label: We’ll provide a return label. Print it and attach it securely to the package.
5. Return the parcel: Drop off the parcel at your nearest shipping point, as indicated in the return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case Brick by Brick London will cover the return shipping expenses.

• Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we’ll process your refund within 2 days.
• You’ll be refunded the full purchase amount, including any original shipping costs.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
